Huge thank you to Menas for their help today! My boyfriend got stranded in a remote area in the mountains when his car wouldn't start, then my thermostat broke and my car overheated on the way up to rescue him. Menas got BOTH our cars onto one truck and towed home. Such a relief after one company wouldn't come get us at all and another would only tow to Pollock Pines. Menas got them both home safely to Carmichael, about a 2 hour drive. The price was very reasonable considering the distance and the fact that it was two cars in a remote area. So grateful! Menas to the rescue, and they're saved in my phone for any future towing needs! Highly, highly recommended.

Had a no start issue and was able to get towed for a reasonable price. As the car was getting lifted down from the truck one of my tires bit the side and went flat, another received sidewall damage. Spoke with Luis later about the situation and he was honest and fair. I wasn't asking for a refund but he did step in to make an already hard situation better and helped me get some used tires on my ride as well as a free tow. I appreciate his willingness to work with customers and give them sound advice. Definitely felt cared for as a customer even though the situation was difficult.

Luis was came through and waited for me even though I cancelled the tow. He was very friendly and chatted about my car as I waited for roadside assistance. He didn't have to do that at all. Very nice guy and well connected. When the guy I called didn't want to do the tow because of the difficulty, Luis jumped right in and assisted me! He was really an angel sent to help me for sure!

The drivers were prompt and gave me a reasonable quote to have my car towed. It also helps with drivers being friendly providing customer service!!
